Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Vectorise.Me website (the "Service") operated by JonkaryStudio ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our free online image vectorization tool and associated services, content, and features offered through vectorise.me.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the Service. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JonkaryStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes to convert images to SVG format. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials (except for the generated SVG output from your own images which you are free to use as per your rights to the original image);
  • use the core materials or software of the Vectorise.Me website itself for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial), except for the SVG output derived from your own content, which you may use according to the rights you hold for that content;
  • attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any software or underlying algorithms contained on or used by Vectorise.Me's website;
  • remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations from the materials on the Vectorise.Me website; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This does not restrict you from sharing SVG files you've generated from your own content.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by JonkaryStudio at any time for any reason, without prior notice. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format related to the Service's core software or protected content (excluding your own generated SVGs from your content).

Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your User Content, including the right to upload it and process it through our Service. You authorize us to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., converting the image to SVG format as you request).

You agree not to upload User Content that is illegal, infringing upon any third party's rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights), defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or otherwise harmful or objectionable. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or refuse to process any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

We claim no ownership rights over your User Content or the resulting SVG files generated by the Service from your User Content. All intellectual property rights in the User Content and its SVG derivatives remain with you or your licensors. Our Service acts as a tool for you to transform your content.

Disclaimer

The materials and services on Vectorise.Me's website are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. JonkaryStudio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Further, JonkaryStudio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. The conversion process may not be perfect and results can vary based on the source image quality, complexity, and selected settings. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for verifying the suitability of the output for your needs.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall JonkaryStudio or its suppliers, directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or Service on Vectorise.Me's website, even if JonkaryStudio or a JonkaryStudio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Vectorise.Me's website, including descriptions of features or settings, could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JonkaryStudio does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice, but we do not make any commitment to update the materials.
